a month agoNot trying to knock the place but...... It was an average breakfast that I paid almost $40 when I could had steak and eggs at Norm's for like $17.99 service was good even though I had to ask for a coffee refill. Nice staff. I guess I shouldn't have been rubbing shoulders with the lawyers and trust fund babies that frequent the place. I will stick to my working class type establishments.

3 months agoI was let down by this spot. The food is just sub par. IKEA has better tasting food unfortunately. The bacon was old and precooked. The pancakes were over beaten and rubbery with minimal taste to them. The eggs tasted decent. It’s hard to mess up eggs. Ordered over easy and got more of an over medium/hard. One of the waiters shirt smelled like a dirty mildew mop and it was difficult to want to eat with that smell. My stomach turns thinking about it again. I do not recommend this place. Even even if there’s nowhere else to eat.

5 months agoI was excited to eat there after I saw the reviews online. Unfortunately I had a bad experience there. My server not only took a while to come give me a menu and take my order. My food was deliver by a different server and on top of that my sever never came to ask how the food was or to refill my coffee the busboy was the one that refilled my coffee on top of that they never came to even give me the check I had to ask for it to the busboy again. Another server who wasn’t the one the room the order came and finally gave me the check. Coffee was really good and so where the pancakes, eggs where le a little dry but good overall. Service was a deal breaker for me

a year agoBreakfast was delicious. The portion sizes are really fair and they have some of the best fruit that I have had in a long time. Everything we ordered was cooked well, and they have a lot of great options on the menu to choose from. We arrived at 10 AM Saturday for brunch and were able to sit down right after arriving. Parking in this area can be tough at times but I was able to find metered parking a half a block away. Our server was also pretty quick and all the food items came out fast as well. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, which was terrific, and the French Toast, which also was delicious. The portion sizes are really large, and as mentioned, the fruit side was especially fresh and tasty. We ordered lattes as well which I recommend because they really give a large portion, and it had a great flavor to it. Overall a great breakfast, and I would recommend to anyone. I plan to be back in the future to try other items.

10 months agoThe Food: The bread and spreads were top notch! The pesto bread was the best and cooked fresh. Both the pesto spread and the jam was made on site so it was super fresh. I had the eggwhich and fruit which hit the spot. The fruit was fresh also. The potatoes were a little lackluster in regards to crunch and flavor. The service: The servers seemed nice and helpful. We did have to ask for napkins a few times before we finally got them but it wasn't too bad. I would say service was 4.5/5 for that one reason. Location: of course the parking is difficult in this area but if you can find a meter (which is not exceptionally difficult on a Sunday morning) then you can park close to the location. You can choose to eat outside or inside. If it's a nice day, eating outside can be a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this for a breakfast/Sunday brunch location for a small group or couple.
