5 months agoMy friend and I just stayed here for an extended weekend trip. The style of this hotel is just fantastic. Very beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Michael the bartender was exceptional. Walking distance to so many great shops (Magnolia bakery + LaLa Land just across the street and so much more). If you stay in a room facing the street it can get a little loud (not the hotels fault) but they do provide ear plugs which work great! We felt very safe while staying here, though I will admit we didn’t walk outside past 9pm. Would recommend!

a month agoAn absolutely gorgeous hotel! And the staff are even better! We felt so welcome and cared for. Can’t beat the location-great cafes nearby and a walk to The Grove. Highly recommend!

2 months agoGreat location***, walkable to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops, ***though the area in the past year has gone downhill. A lot of vacant buildings, trash, creepily bright lights at night that make you feel like you're being surveilled. As for the hotel, the staff were really wonderful! I am a local who was staying there in a bit of an atypical situation. Megan at the front desk went out of her way to make me feel welcome and managed to squeeze me in at the last minute. Additionally, Andre, Abraheem, as well as the server (George?) at the restaurant, were all very competent and friendly. Hospitality is different these days but they showed me that hospitality still exists.

5 months agoRecently stayed here for the weekend with the hubby. Great location and great amenities. It’s a quirkily little hotel close to the Beverly Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Staff were very kind and considerate. Especially since the air in the lobby and the restaurant were not functioning during the very hot weekend. (That’s why I took off a star) Rooms are well appointed. Mini fridge and cute little microwave. Comfy couch. A caveat, the queen rooms with the balcony are a great idea, but the balcony is not private. You and your neighbors will look one in the face. (That’s what the pool is for)
