Bagel Lounge Florenc

We had an excellent brunch here. Everything from the food to the iced latte was fantastic. One of the guests commented that it’s the best bagel she had eaten. I don’t think there are higher praises. I’m pleasantly surprised by the brunch and would hope to have the chance to come back!

OVERPRICED BAGELS 1) Food – they have nice composition standards and food quality is rather above average, but nothing that special at the same time, and to fill in my low BMI index stomach, I would need to consume at least 5 of those bagels (lunch-wise - not dinner..) 2) Customer service – welcoming, professional and pleasant to deal with; can't really accuse them for anything. 3) Interior – the very best point of that place. You are calmed down straight away, the moment you put your step over the door, by surrounding different gradients of green colour everywhere, as well as by relaxing, typical coffee/jazz vibes, coming out from the speakers. 4) Price – brutally OVERPRICED bagels. Coffee pricing - as everywhere else - standard.

The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere quite nice. It’s a very modern and chill place. I tried the Duck Special Bagel which is Michelin star inspired. The bagel was toasted too much and therefore too hard. The duck was dry and there was too much sauce and fried onion, which made the entire bagel taste like a mediocre hot dog. Still gave the food 3/5 because my friends were pretty happy with their Bagels. The lemonades were also good. Don’t know if I’d come again, but if so, I definitely wouldn’t get a Michelin bagel. Seems more like a marketing thing.

Those were the BEST Bagels I have had in a wile. The service is great and we've got the food so fast, although we were nine people. I would highly recommend the Bagel Lounge, especially the iced coffee.

Honestly, here in Prague eating there was disappointing. The food was unseasoned. My coffee had no taste and servings were too small. For two fried eggs I’ve got just a half of bagel. However food looked good and workers were really nice. The lemonade we ordered was tasty. There are much more better places around to eat breakfast.
