2 weeks agoThis place is a total hidden Gem! The food was outstanding, and each dish was better than the next one. Service was superb, and ambiance was cute and homey feeling. I would highly recommend going to this place. It's tough to come in as a walk-in, so I recommend getting reservations ahead of time if you want guaranteed spots. Otherwise, you're more likely to wait. Since seats are limited and the place is small. This would be perfect for a romantic dinner.

3 weeks agoWe ordered Ricotta with scallops which are amazing ! It's filled with so much flavor. This is the winner of the night. Tuna Tartare is very fresh and has good flavor to it. Short Ribs Burger came with shoestring fries. The fries are really crispy. Love these ! As for the drinks, we had Basil Margarita and Espresso Martini which are fabulous ! So refreshing ! Chocolate layer cake is such a sweet treat. I like that this venue plays classic movies for us to enjoy while dining. It was Three Stooges while I was there. The black and white pictures and mirror on the wall match the movie theme. This is a great place for date night or any other special occasions.

2 months agoWas here last night with my friend and from beginning to end the experience was top notch! Steven and Isaac are the best!! Very knowledgeable and gave us the BEST recommendations when it came to food and drinks. The atmosphere had the most fun/welcoming vibe we could've stayed all night!! Will definitely be back!! I also want to add this was hands down the best dining experience I’ve ever had!!

in the last weekBrunch spot serving all the classics, but overall the flavors didn't quite hit. Service is fast but the ambiance could be developed further. The tables are so close together you basically connect tables with others. The breakfast burrito was a solid portion but pretty bland--definitely needed more seasoning. Steak and eggs were just okay; the steak came out well-done instead of the medium rare we asked for, and lacked that punch of flavor. The pumpkin stuffed French toast is rich, creamy, and full of cozy flavor. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, but if you're in the area, that French toast is worth a try.

2 weeks agoMy wife & I eat here every time we're in NYC and have yet to be disappointed. Today we started with the guacamole & chips. The avocados had a good flavor and the dip was creamy but it could have used more lime & salt & some hot sauce. We then shared the Homemade Crab Cake Benedict ($28) and the Garden Chicken Tartine ($24). Both were delicious. The crab cake was lightly breaded and flavorful...super fresh. The poached egg was perfectly cooked with firm whites and thickly running egg yolk. The tarragon chicken salad was also well prepared with the perfect amount of mayo. Both were served with fresh mixed greens topped with a light & citrusy vinaigrette. The Pina Mezcalita was a refreshing and potent mezcal based cocktail and the Maria Bloody Mary had a great kick. The churros weren't my favorite because I found them too dense but the flavor was good. Their coffee as always was hot and strong. The service was friendly, attentive, & efficient. Marlon was great! The ambiance is very much yuppies at brunch. Make of it what you will. Disclaimer: It is a small place and they always make sure you know you only have your table for 1.5 hours although I've never been kicked out for going over!
