Thank you to the Intercontinental Hotel Festival City for a memorable stay. From check in to the location, to the staff, particularly, Georgina in reception and Naw in house keeping. We are so grateful for you, you made our process and stay so smooth and wonderful. This is a perfect location for families, it’s not very crowded, and less traffic. Connected to the mall and beautiful views. We had the Royal Suite for 2 of the family the rest were in the 2 bedroom suite, very spacious and top class.

I had an amazing stay. Everything was so perfect. All the staff were perfect and promptly resolving anything you ask for. Alwyn, Suroj, from reception and the rest. Concierge team excellent. Apologies, you're so many that I couldn't get all the names. But a huge thank you to all of you.

InterContinental Dubai Festival City Hotel offers an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is luxurious, with beautifully designed rooms that provide both comfort and elegance. The business center is amazing, well equipped and has great views, includes meeting room. The views of the creek and city skyline are stunning, especially from the higher floors. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to Festival City Mall, excellent dining options, and various attractions nearby. The pool and spa facilities are also top-notch. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travellers looking for a premium stay in Dubai.

First of all this hotel deserves more than a five stars. I cannot praise the hotel, the facilities, the location and mostly the staff enough for making my stay such a wonderful experience. They upgraded our room , made sure the room as comfortable and even called us everyday to see if we need anything else. The hotel was like a state of the art with everything looking new and clean and fresh. Everyone from the room service, the concierge , the staff at the restaurant and the lounge were very helpful . The lounge facility with the amazing views, service and food were amazing. Thank you Intercontinental for making my vacation/anniversary an amazing one, looking forward to my next visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone that travels to Dubai.

Back at the intercontinental festival city suites for a second year. This place feels like home. Excellent service, very welcoming and helpful staff, great restaurants and amazing views.
