First of all I love writing reviews to allow people to have an idea of what the place , restaurant is like so they can decide . So Myself, my sister and cousin love to take trips together as we all work very hard to enjoy our life . So I checked some hotels since this was my first time in Dubai. Intercontinental Festival city did certainly not disappoint! First of all this hotel deserves more than a five stars if that even exist . First we had a little miscommunication about the shuttle picking us up from the airport after we emailed them. But on our arrival we had to Uber to get there . At the reception Joy was the one helping us and this woman went above and beyond to fix the little miscommunication. She upgraded our room , made sure the room as comfortable and even called us the next day to double check . Everyone from the room service, the concierge , the staff at the restaurant, everyone was just very helpful . We even booked a desert safari with Royal adventure from the hotel and we had a blast with the program they were offering , highly recommended. Also we booked for breakfast and let me tell you , the food is amazing . They had so many selection, from all around the world food options for breakfast. Next time we will definitely add the lunch and dinner. Lastly the pool is super relaxing and huge with different options . They give you water , fruits , cabana and towels all free . I also heard that the spa is amazing too but we didn’t have time to book busy visiting Dubai. And the hotel was like a state of the art with everything looking new and clean and fresh. Thank you Intercontinental for making my vacation an amazing one , looking forward to another visit next year!.

A beautiful hotel that is around 15 minutes from Dubai airport. It has clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Coffee, tea and bottled water were available inside rooms but minibar was empty. The hotel has 6 different restaurants to choose from. Service is good but could improve in Vista and Choix restaurants (some male waiters clearly need more training). I stayed in the 12 floor and I still can hear music and songs coming from the fountain side. I was bothered by that and by the bright moving lights on my room windows coming from the adjacent mall at night. The hotel is connected to a nice and large mall that has food courts, restaurants, cinema, 2 supermarkets and many brand shops.

I had a wonderful stay, Miss, Gwen from the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and very quick and understanding. The rooms was beautiful and had an amazing view. Besides the wonderful hotel there is a festival mall that is linked to the hotel. Breakfast and Dinner service is exceptional and quick.
