Anise

It is my first time in Dubai. Choosing this Intercontinental for my stay was one of my best decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It is one of the best places to stay in Dubai when it comes to peace with spectacular views. Staff, food. Hotel decorations are great. I was specially happy to see the theme of the flowers they had!! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and to all those who have a wonderful experience of being in Dubai along with peace and vibes.

I'd like to share my experience with the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there. My kids were happy. The best thing about this hotel that it's connected to the festival city where I can go to eat in the best restaurants, shopping and watch movies at vox cinema. I want to thank everyone who are working there at the hotel especially ms. Carmen, she was very helpful. This my second stay and definitely this hotel will be my regular place to stay every time I visit Dubai.

Stay was excellent. Best thing about it was the lady at the front desk - Georgina. So kind to have a given us a super early check in and complimentary breakfast. She was amazing. Staff were generally really excellent. They were constantly friendly and always seemed eager to help. Room was as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

I stayed with friends since we were attending a weekend event in DFC. The staff and service were amazing. The only thing is I just wish they would update a bit of the bathroom, not a fan of the layout of the bathroom door as we all had trouble closing and locking (it was like cabinet type), and could use a hand bidet for the toilet as most hotels & apartments now have. I did enjoy breakfast, lots of cuisine choices and very attentive restaurant staffs too. Very convenient location next to the mall, you can just walk there easily. Everything is good 👍🏻

PLANET TREKKERS - Our daughter's favorite hang-out during our hotel stay was at Planet Trekkers. This Kids Club offers lot of enjoyable activities for kids. Melanie and Patricia were so friendly and accommodating with the kids. Both were so attentive. Face painting was beautifully done by Patricia and Melanie was so organized. They know how to look after the kids with proper care. Thanks to Planet Trekkers. We will come back to attend your cooking class!
