There were many more plates than just that one shown, but was too busy enjoying the food/experience to take photos! Amazing variety and quality in all of the dishes. I really loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone that's interested!

Really good buffet, tried the puff pastry lobster soup which is a must! USA prime beef , butter and garlic prawn, pasta are great choices for this meal. Cold lobster with lemon and various of sauces to go along with it.

First time dining here after looking for good buffet to celebrate our new year’s trip to Hong Kong. Positive: 1. Good selection of lobsters, crab legs and shrimp 2. Durian dessert lover paradise: ice cream, cakes and ice cream 3. Very attentive service Negative: 1. Requires a deposit to book reservations which won’t accept foreign credit cards online, had to call restaurant a couple of times to only discover this but they accepted reservations since not my fault since I couldn’t do so online. 2. Restaurant not very big and buffet selections limited. They have lamb and prime ribs for craving station but that’s all. 3. Very expensive holiday pricing - paid 3700 HKD ($480 USD) for 4 people. For the selections vs price not worth it, even though food was good it doesn’t justify the price.

Not a big fan of buffets, but have been to quite a few this year, and I think The Market is the best buffet so far. It offers a brilliant range of food cooked on the spot, such as crab soup noodles, duck roll, laksa, and hainan chicken rice. And obviously a good range of different types of food as befit a buffet. In particular it offers an impressive range of dessert, especially for people who like durian. Service is good as they always greet you with a smile as they patiently cook your food and clear your dishes swiftly. The downside is that the ceiling is quite low and it can get quite noisy at times

I booked a dinner here during my Hong Kong trip because I saw they regularly feature lobster and foie gras. The night I went, they also had king crab, but it was limited per serving and not very generous. The lobster was pretty good. The foie gras was a little overcooked, and the other dishes were good but not anything wow. They did have a great selection of beverages including juices, hot tea and coffee, and iced tea and coffee. Desserts were heavily durian themed so I didn't try much but the Godiva soft serve was good. Service was very nice and attentive, clearing away empty plates quickly. If you can find a deal on klook or similar site and you're around the area, it's not a bad dinner option.
