2 months agoI had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Macao! The hotel offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was also ideal, close to major attractions and shopping areas. They also provide shuttle buses to improve connectivity to other locations. Overall, my experience at the Sheraton Grand Macao was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

3 months agoI had good stay at Sheraton Grand Macao. The room is spacious, bed is so comfortable, pillows were just right. Bathroom is fully equipped with standing shower and bathtub. The shower soap could do better with bigger bottles, the current small little bottles are only enough for 1-2 baths and not environmental friendly. Water pressure and hairdryer are strong. Convenient to go everywhere since it’s well connected by malls and shuttle bus. Gym is big and lots of equipment.

2 months agoYes, the hotel is a little outdated and you can tell that from the furniture, among other things. In addition, renovation work is currently taking place which, depending on the room, can be very loud. However, I was able to change rooms without any problems, which reduced the noise level considerably. The staff are super professional, courteous and friendly. I would be happy to stay again, preferably after the renovation work

3 months agoI stay in this hotel since the opening day, before becoming The Londoner. I always enjoy stay in this hotel. The service is good, location is very convenient and the rooms are spacious. They have recently started to do some renovations. I recommend people to stay there with a reasonable price and still being located in a good location near The Parisian and The Venetians.

2 months agoThe service is better than expected. The ladies at reception are incredibly helpful. Very spacious room, although aged but well maintained. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovation (9am - 9pm), the impact to customers is minimal.
