3 weeks agoI had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Macao! The hotel offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was also ideal, close to major attractions and shopping areas. They also provide shuttle buses to improve connectivity to other locations. Overall, my experience at the Sheraton Grand Macao was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

a month agoI had good stay at Sheraton Grand Macao. The room is spacious, bed is so comfortable, pillows were just right. Bathroom is fully equipped with standing shower and bathtub. The shower soap could do better with bigger bottles, the current small little bottles are only enough for 1-2 baths and not environmental friendly. Water pressure and hairdryer are strong. Convenient to go everywhere since it’s well connected by malls and shuttle bus. Gym is big and lots of equipment.

2 months agoOn the night of 11/7/2024, I checked into the hotel and had an exceptional experience thanks to the incredibly helpful counter staff. When I realized my friend had lost an important document at the airport, they immediately offered to assist. The staff member went above and beyond by making phone calls to various departments at the airport on my behalf. Their dedication and willingness to help were truly remarkable. They were patient and genuinely concerned about my situation. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to locate the lost document. I am extremely grateful for their outstanding service and kindness. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for your excellent service and for going the extra mile!

a month agoHad a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Macao. Bunked in with my buddy and we botb had no complains. It was overall aged but well maintained, which worked well because it was very spacious and not too cramped. Only thing was that lifts were taking quite awhile and the place was so huge, it took sometime to walk anywhere.

3 weeks agoYes, the hotel is a little outdated and you can tell that from the furniture, among other things. In addition, renovation work is currently taking place which, depending on the room, can be very loud. However, I was able to change rooms without any problems, which reduced the noise level considerably. The staff are super professional, courteous and friendly. I would be happy to stay again, preferably after the renovation work
