My stay at Sheraton Grand Macao was a mix of highs and lows, leaving me with mixed feelings about the overall experience. One of the most notable aspects of the hotel is the size of the rooms. Spaciousness is certainly not lacking here, offering guests ample space to move around comfortably. However, this positive aspect is unfortunately overshadowed by the evident need for maintenance throughout the facilities. Despite the grandeur of the rooms, it was disappointing to find that many amenities were in need of repair. From malfunctioning appliances to worn-out furnishings, it was evident that attention to maintenance was lacking. This aspect significantly detracted from the overall luxury experience that one would expect from a Sheraton property. On the service front, the room service was commendably prompt, with staff readily available to attend to requests. However, the same level of efficiency did not extend to housekeeping. While the staff was friendly, the cleaning standards fell short of expectations. Subpar cleanliness was a recurring issue during my stay, detracting from the comfort and enjoyment of the accommodations. One standout feature worth mentioning is the size of the toilet. Its spaciousness was remarkably and added a touch of luxury to the bathroom experience.

Lovely rooms but it’s missing things. A French coffee press in the room but cheap instant coffee; no hotel bar; pool closes at 8, which is a shame; breakfast is pretty good, but not wow; and not much English spoken by hotel staff. But guest services are great and really do go above and beyond trying to help. For the money, it’s a good choice.

Excellent service, and a wonderful happy hour buffet which I loved!! Sadly I didn't know there was a special checkin for Titanium members, so I did the regular check in but that was still nice. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very comfy. Great location too next to the Londoner.

The Sheraton Hotel Macau provided a comfortable stay, despite seeming a bit dated. We had booked a double bed room but were upgraded to a spacious king upon arrival. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel amenities were good, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient, with the hotel situated near popular attractions like The Londoner, The Parisian, The Venetian, and Galaxy Hotel. It's just a short walk if you want to explore the shopping malls at these nearby resorts. Overall, a pleasant experience at the Sheraton Hotel Macau.

Currently, the best value rooms on the strip. There are renovation works going on, and that was well publicised on the Marriott Bonvoy App, check-in, and the desk in the room, so no complaints about that. You can see why they're renovating as the rooms are now dated and the furniture wearing. Having said that, the bed was very comfortable, and the water temperature and pressure in the shower were great. Location in the Londoner complex was perfect. Service was excellent, but for an international 5-star brand, the ability to converse in English by staff could be better.
