The location of the hotel is nice and convenient. However, the service quality is definitely not 5-star. It takes average 45-60 minutes for the staff to bring me amenities and food that I have ordered. The room is also old and the whole hotel is giving a 3-star quality. Strongly would not recommend to stay here. St Regis would be a much better choice with better service and facilities.

The rooms are good, staff and service exceptional despite the mainland Chinese tourists. Largest Sheraton anywhere but well run. Very spacious hallways and the perfect finish of the floor marble make this hotel standout. The buffet breakfast was one of the best as well. There is a guide for guests to be able to tell the busiest times to eat which we found absolutely essential. At 7:30 to 8am, just checking and eat. 9am to 11am, there were up to 200 waiting in line. Breakfast finishes at 1pm so plenty of time.

A bit of queue during check in - as macau is always busy 24/7. The room is spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff, especially their elevator operator are always very nice & friendly. Pleasant stay 🤍 walking distance to every important mall and hotel on that strip. love it

One of the biggest Sheraton hotel. They got two towers, sky and earth. Located strategically at the Londoner, one step to the shopping areas, walkable to Venetian and Parisian as well. The gym is spacious but unfortunately not allowed to take photos. All the staffs are welcoming and super friendly. All good staying here.

Within the Macao Londoner Complex, the Sheraton Grand is huge - 4,000 rooms in 2 blocks. Splendid and luxurious decor. Swift check-in and self check-out. The Gym has update equipments, sauna, steam baths. The swimming pools are are open during winter months. The only short-coming is there isn't a high-end / fine dinning restaurant within.
