2 months agoLocated at the very end of the Malibu Pier, the location is hard to beat and the food is honestly a great accompaniment to the scenery. We were able to sit right outside on the pier and watched all the surfers during our brunch. You order at the counter, take a number, and then they bring everything out to you. They also have outdoor roof seating but we were able to find a table on the first level. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially if you are searching for a spot on the street, but we parked in the parking lot associated with the pier for $15. Everything we ordered came out really quickly and the portion sizes were very fair. We started with a Honey Iced Latte and it was actually very good. It really had a nice smooth flavor. Being our first time we wanted to order a few items so we chose the Swedish Mini Pancakes, the Egg Sandwich, and the Surfers Rancheros. All of them were honestly very good. The Egg Sandwich was really light and packed with flavor, the egg was cooked perfectly and oozed out of every bite. The Swedish Pancakes were fairly good, I am just not a big fan of Swedish food. I really want to be, but I just don’t tend to like their sweets, bakery, or breakfast items. They’re very small pancakes, the size of a silver dollar, but not as good as a Dutch Baby in my opinion. Lastly, the Scramble was honestly great and it was a very large sized portion. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the sauce on top was really good. Overall, we had a great brunch and really enjoyed the location, this is the sort of place you would want to sit for a bit especially on a nice day. I would come more often if parking were free and easier to find.

3 months agoLoved this restaurant at start of the Malibu Pier....Amazing food and incredible views. We even saw a monk seal and a pod of dolphins from our table!! The flatbread steak dish and the loaded nachos were delicious and plentiful!! Great cocktails as well...we enjoyed the Malibu Spritzer. Cute little shops around the cafe too. This was one of the highlights of our time in California!!

2 weeks agoAs newcomers to the area from the Bay Area, we were excited to explore and stumbled upon Malibu Farm Pure Café. After a lovely walk on the pier, we decided to stop in for an early dinner. The atmosphere was inviting, and the scenery was beautiful—perfect for a relaxing meal by the water. We enjoyed some fresh oysters, a refreshing watermelon feta salad, and nachos. The food was okay but i did notice food was made with fresh ingredients. However, our experience was somewhat marred by slow service. Although the café wasn't particularly busy, it took a while for our server to check on us, and we had to wait quite a long time to get their attention for our check. Additionally, the soda we ordered was flat, which was disappointing. Overall, ambiance was enjoyable, the service could definitely use some improvement. I hope that with time, they’ll enhance their service to match the quality of their food.

5 months agoIt’ll cost you $15 just to park and then $25+ for virtually anything you order, but once you get beyond the sticker shock the food is really, surprisingly good! Fantastic kale Caesar salad, big and delicious burgers, awesome egg dishes. The vegetables are so fresh and even the condiments are house made. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

3 months agoGreat spot located at the end of the pier. We grabbed lunch and a few cocktails. I had the chicken burger and my fiancée opted for the clam chowder bread bowl. Both were delicious and the food was fresh. The cocktails were great too, a little pricey, but the presentation and flavor were spot on. The weather was perfect and the views were awesome. We sat outside and saw a pod of dolphins while we ate our food.
