Sarabeth’s Lumine Shinjuku

Wheelchair accessibility is not available till Lumine opens at 11am. However there are escalators going up. Just fold up the baby stroller and carry it up. Otherwise people with wheelchairs not accessible till after 11am. Take the South Gate exit/entrance and look for the escalators going up and down, the Sarabeth sign will be there. The food and atmosphere and service were all great! We got the avocado toast, waffles and French toast. All were tasty and delicious. Spacious seating, opens early as 9am. Just wait in line for seating on the left at the entrance.

This restaurant has a great AMERICAN breakfast. We loved the grilled cheese sandwich with fries. Also the course meal was very good but half sized. The French Toast and buttermilk pancakes were AMAZING . Also the portion sizes are perfect for tourists. I would love to come back. We did have to wait in a line, so come early to beat the line. Beware of the price! It's VERY expensive!.

A great American breakfast, but a decent wait. I was solo and waited about 30 minutes. Not too bad of a wait, but I did get jumped ahead because I was solo and they had a small table available. The pancakes were so good, but the bacon I wasn’t a huge fan of. It more was a thin slab of grilled meat. Dessert was a treat too.

we went for breakfast and it was tricky to get to! Need to ride an escalator through the train station as the lumine mall main entrance wasn’t open until 11am. The pancakes were not as soft and fluffy as I hoped for. But the omelette and French toast were tasty. Coffee was alright. Service was excellent as the male manager helped us to get security to specially open the mall doors (before 11am) to access the toilets! Baby chair available!

My friend and I came for lunch on a Friday afternoon around one and we were able to get seated right away. My friend is a vegetarian so I brought her here because of the Buddha bowl and some of the other vegetarian brunch options. They also have great cocktails and a few beer options. We both got the bowl, it was so delicious! The location is also super easy to find - it’s just right up the stairs inside the station.
