One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had—and I say this as the wife of an Italian and a true pizza lover! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the appetizers were so refined—combining something new and interesting with the classic traditions that define Italian cuisine. The service is absolutely world-class. Even the chef came by to greet us, which made the experience feel truly authentic. We’ve tried similar 5-star hotels with Italian cuisine in Bangkok, but nothing compares to the Four Seasons. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a non-alcoholic French Blossom wine on the menu. The pizza Buffala was decent, earning a 5/10, while the truffle ravioli was much better, a solid 7.5/10. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the ravioli dessert, which was a perfect 10/10. The team was absolutely fantastic, also scoring a 10/10, and the ambiance of the place itself matched that excellence with another 10/10.

This was our second time coming to this spot for a special family occasion, and honestly, it’s got everything—great food, a nice vibe, and top-notch service. The folks at Four Seasons really know how to impress. The food’s a perfect mix of authentic Italian and a little Thai twist, so it’s super easy to enjoy and tastes amazing. The mains and desserts were spot on, but the coconut water. Served in a coconut stamped with the Four Seasons logo? So cute and classy! The plating was beautiful too, and the cherry on top was the view of the Chao Phraya River. We went for lunch on a sunny day, and the way the light hit the water was just gorgeous. The place is spacious with different seating areas, so it’s great whether you’re with family or on a date. Plus, the open kitchen setup is really cool—you get to see the chefs cooking as you walk to your table, which adds a fun, lively vibe. Long story short, if you’re celebrating something special and want Italian food in a stunning setting, this place is a no-brainer. You’ll love it!

This Italian restaurant is inside four season hotel near the riverside. The interior decoration of this shop is very modern, simple yet stylish . It consists two sections : indoor and outdoor . I highly recommend the outdoor seat which overlooks the hotel pools. This gives an entire different experience such as dinner along the riverside kind of feel. The food menu will be updated from time to time . I still recalled the carbonara uses guanciale which tastes similar as you in Italy . The overall taste of the food is good especially the pizza is a must try . I must say about the highlight for this hotel it’s not the food but the service by the staff . They are all very friendly and informative during the service . I was surprised they even remembered my name when I called for the second visit . Well done to the management and the riva del team for impressive service . For someone whom prefer private section or family gathering there are private seats area. So this place is suitable for kids to tag along with family . Next , wheelchairs is accessible and the seating is spacious however there is a walking distance from the hotel main entrance lobby to the hotel which consists a few stairs . I guess the hotel will be able to help if wheelchair personnel need assistance. This place is one of my favourite Italian food restaurant, will definitely come again very soon.

It’s ok to go. The food isn’t that good which in my pov not worth the price. None of our dishes I can say it’s good. Menu has small variety not many choice you can choose. But all desserts are perfect I’ll definitely go back for dessert but not the food. Service and vibe are excellent that help the place good to go for just random dinner also special occasion.
