a week agoI would say that Asma was supporting us within our breakfast very much every 5 m she is coming and check if every things all good. She nice and caring for other. The hotel was perfect location and service too.

a month agoMr. Ebrahim at the check in counter was the best man in the hospitality industry I have ever met, by far. Checked us in way earlier than the standard check in time, no extra charge or tantrum. Offered a late check out, without a charge, which we gladly accepted. Upgraded us to the executive room on floor 21. The hospitality of the entire team of the hotel was top notch. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The washrooms were awesome. The balcony, even though we couldn’t use due to the hot weather, was overlooking the sea. The breakfast at The Talk was top notch.

2 weeks agoWe're had a wonderful stay at Movenpick Dubai! Tremendous service and communication from everyone at the hotel in particular Yoga, Mahmoud and Oyatullo. The foyer and common areas of the hotel are welcoming and presentable. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very relaxing. This morning we had breakfast included and this was delightful! The array of different foods presented, along with the made to order meals was an appreciated addition. I tried my first cup of traditional Arabic coffee too... I finished off with the detox water. Thank you everyone for your hospitality!

2 weeks agoThe clerks are very kind and the hotel room was a reasonable price. Especially, A receptionist Mahmoud offers such nice services. It is easy to access the beach. In particular, reception and executive lounge clerks are kind and considerate. They provide a children-friendly menu as well. The hotel pool is well-maintained.
