It was a great experience to stay in this Hotel! I had a very friendly welcome and was treated very nice by the whole staff. No matter the time or the place, the staff had a smile and welcomed me. Every morning started with a breakfast with a warm reception by Irene. The breakfast itself was various so that everyone had at least something he liked.

It was a wonderful and memorable experince stayed in this hotel. All the staffs from the receptionist and the cleaning staffs were so attentive, friendly and professional. Especially our receptionist staffs, Yoga. He handled the check in and check out so smooth and quickly, it is an important one because i have 2 kids whose really has no patient on waiting He can gave a lot of useful information about the surroundings attraction also. The hotel facilities are also good, they have a playground for kids Surely we will be back again to this hotel, soon. The location also superb,

We arrived this morning and had a late but wonderful breakfast at the Executive Lounge. The service was fantastic and the poached eggs perfectly made! Thank you! We were served by our waiter Kamal who was absolutely amazing and very helpful. He was extremely attentive with all the families in the lounge an amazing skill to have! Thank you for a great start to the day!

Joan was very attentive for the whole duration of our Christmas Day Brunch. She knew what we were drinking and she went over and ABOVE her role to ensure we had a lovely experience. Thank you so much Joan, you were a star 🌟
