From checking in to checking out the service and staff were attentive, helpful and courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation. Joy and Diksha provided amazing service and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely would come back again.

Our family had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It is well-located and the room is clean. Thank you to all the friendly staff especially to the receptionist Oyatullo for the warm welcome and the room upgrade. The view from our room was great. And also thank you to Mirabel and Ryan of The Talk Restaurant for assisting us during our breakfast. We enjoyed our food.

I was welcomed well by the reception team. They well acknowledged my ALL membership. They offered an upgrade, and the reception person was very professional and helpful. The room was excellent, and the facilities were great. Definitely recommended and a great stay despite it being very short. Will definitely reconsider if I'd like to stay in Dubai JBR

Spent 3 nights in this hotel, only 1 word to describe the whole experience “fabulous”. From checking in process to check out, everything was fast, smooth and well managed. All hotel employees were very welcoming and always ready to assist with smile on face. Front-liner team Bala & cafe/bar waitress Himaya, definitely made my stay much more memorable with their outstanding customer service. This place will definitely be my 1 one choice for both business and leisure travel.
