2 weeks agoThe location was great, the staff very helpful and professional. We requested and received an upgrade to a corner suite, which was beautifully appointed, great linens and nice views of the harbor and city. We were surprised the first night when returning to the room from dinner with a bubble bath with rose petals. It was fantastic! We really enjoyed the food, staff, views and decor of the club lounge. Our only complaint was the food at the Aubrey was just fair. The pork was overcooked and oily, the sequencing of the food was off. We also had the fried rice, which was bland and the sushi and rolls weren’t as fresh as they should be. The welcome from Jennifer and the staff in the lobby and at the entry were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also loved the welcome amenities of tea, cakes and candies. We would definitely recommend the hotel and return again if visiting Hong Kong.

a week agoThe service is impeccable, always there happy to help. Room design amazing, very functional. Amazing room service. Internet speed can be improved. The gym can use a bit more strength training facilities (squat rack, bench press); breakfast was really good but could use a little bit more variety, egg station is currently very busy and absent often, ideally egg orders should be taken by a a waiter

a month agoThe staff operate at the highest level in the hospitality world. Everything is thought of before we could. Our room was made up stunningly every day and night. The concierge helped us locate a Dr before we even checked in and gave me a lovely tour of the hotel. Every member of the Mandarin Club staff was welcoming and on top of their game. Our laundry was done beautifully and the room service was delivering beautifully.

2 weeks agoIt is a landmark hotel with exceptional service. The club-level personnel were super friendly. However, the location wasn’t the best for us, especially on Sundays, when all the streets around the hotel were filled with Filipinos sleeping and eating. First-timers would do better staying on the other side of Hong Kong; there is much more to do.

in the last weekAnother fantastic stay at the MOHK...my 10th stay and was treated to a complimentary room upgrade as well as being treated so well throughout my stay. Access to the Mandarin Club was a great experience with super friendly staff as well as a great selection of food and drinks. As always, the rooms were really comfortable with great amenities. Just a shame I had to work whilst I was there so wasn't able to fully enjoy all of the leisure facilities available. A wonderful hotel.
