3 weeks agoWe loved everything about Mandarin Oriental hotel. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Our room had all the amenities , was very clean, and the harbor view was just gorgeous. Room dine-in service was great. Mandarin club on the 23rd floor was also a great experience. We left with great memories and will definitely return to your hotel whenever we visit Hong Kong again.

3 weeks agoI've been staying at the Mandarin for many years now, the hotel staffs are amazing and the location is great but the rooms and hotel lobby area are starting to look a little dated. When I checked in today, the room was smelling a little musty, and the room looked old. This was especially noticeable, and the contrast is stark, as I just checked out of the Four Seasons today, where the rooms were far more modern and luxurious. I'm hoping they will refurbish the hotel soon.

3 weeks agoThe Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong welcomes you like an old friend and wraps you in an old-fashioned embrace. If you partly close your eyes, you can imagine the legions of people who have passed before you amongst its opulent corridors. For me, the nods to old-time grandeur feel important (maybe even critical) in an ever-growing faceless gaggle of 'modern' hotels. The staff match the surroundings. I had a charming check-in experience with Karl who was welcoming and friendly to a fault. The room was spacious (if very dark and with an infuriating set of lighting controls) and well laid out. The staff were gracious, discrete and helpful and overall, I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it for two extra nights so I didn't need to leave the bubble. Thank you.

3 weeks agoWe loved our stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong. The service was excellent: Everyone we encountered was so friendly and attentive - from the Reception team, Concierge, Bar staff, Doormen, Housekeeping, Gym staff etc. The room, whilst very traditional, was spacious with lots of luxury touches. Every kind of guest amenity was catered for. We were so impressed with every single aspect of our stay, and we are now planning where in the world to visit the next Mandarin Oriental.

2 months agoThis is a Beautiful hotel with the most convenient location and breathtaking views. Karl was so welcoming and his generosity and hospitality will never be forgotten. He ensured our stay was the most comfortable. The housekeeping deserves credit for their attention to detail and special care. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower was amazing. This hotel is a 10/10 and you are guaranteed to not regret your stay.
