3 months agoWe really enjoyed our stay. We arrived early (around 7am) and we were able to get a room. Staff were incredibly polite and willing to help with absolutely everything. Breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options. We had drinks in Captains Bar and the Aubrey and really enjoyed both ambiances. Gym and change facilities were excellent, with everything we needed to hand.

From the moment I pulled up in the hotel car service, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the well-stocked minibar. The on-site dining options were exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all dietary preferences. 4 months agoFriendly staff with efficient service right at the beginning, from bell desk offered assistant to reception check in, first impressions were excellent! Room was lovely and so comfortable, love the function, love the personal touch and love the view! Cafe and cake shop were the place to hang out, everyone was so friendly! Loved Clipper Lounge, buffet breakfast was simply wow! Great cocktails at Captain's bar with friends; also a lovely tour to the gym and pool area! Thank you so much everyone, we really enjoyed our stay and felt like home. On our departure, how lovely to see bell desk captain and doorman waved to farewell while we were in taxi!!

4 months agoAn exceptional week-long stay! Impressed by the meticulous attention to detail, pleasant ambiance, and extraordinary customer service. Every minute detail was appreciated, making it a memorable experience. Highly recommend! All of the staff members I interacted to were super helpful, the service is out of this world. I also remember name of one sir (Larry) who was the working in the sauna/steam room - he carefully explained about the facilities, dos and don't. This was not the single incident, I loved how helpful whole staff have been throughout. Great experience.

3 months agoThe very best hotel we have ever stayed in. All the staff were exceptional throughout our stay, going beyond all expectations in their service. My husband and I felt truly ‘at home’ and the ambience was such throughout our stay. We had the most delicious dinner at the Aubrey ; looked after by Devender, who took time to chat to us and made us all feel special. We were very much looked after in the Captain’s Bar and although it was busy we always found a table and were served quickly. I would also like to thank Karen too for her kindness. Such a special place. Not only does it make us want to come back, but also to explore other hotels in the group!
