a week agoWas staying here on my last 2 nights hoping to get a peaceful sleep before long haul flights. First night the usb cord for charging phone next to the bed were burning, I woke up at around 1 am smelling burnt thinking the hotel was on fire. Finding out the smell was from next to my bed when I grab it it burnt my finger and had to pull the cable and throw it on the floor. Cable and phone was so hot. It’s frustrating even now I notice my phone is so slow and every now and then froze and restart itself suddenly. This never happened before came to the hotel. Second night, the toilet run all night and we couldn’t sleep properly which is another thing you would want guests to have a peaceful night. Especially this is Mandarin Oriental so was left speechless that this is all coming from mandarin oriental. I can’t stress this enough. I have contacted the front desk they only apologies. And the manager did offer a cable they have in the office which baffled me. My cable was from Apple directly and age did bought me a new cable but it was the cheapest cable from Apple whereas my cable was the long one, so didn’t make up to it, I literally have no energy for this having to complain 3 days straight on my last days in Hongkong, where I was so busy and on tight schedules. The only highlight was The concierge and the housekeeper were lovely and did great service! But doesn’t really make up the whole stay.

a month agoMe and my siblings really enjoyed our stay in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. They have an excellent services from front of the house to back of the house and food and beverage service. All staffs are very friendly and approachable. We felt the warmth of their welcome to us. I would recommend this to my relatives and friends.

a month agoMO does everything almost perfectly here, with tasteful decorations, excellent service and a really nice spa and gym level. However, the location suffers from a lack of views, leading to a cramped feel and while the hotel is home to some first class Michelin starred restaurants, the breakfast options feature uncomfortable seating and noisy environments.

2 months agoThe concierge was amazing on my last visit April 18-19. My suitcase was lost by the airline and she spent days calling to get information on it. She found it before I heard from anyone at the airline or baggage handler. I’m so thankful for their amazing staff!

2 weeks agoThis is hands down the best hotel in Hong Kong. I have been a regular guest for over 15 years and the level of service has never wavered. You will never regret staying at this hotel.
