a month agoThe place is so cozy. The staff are friendly and nice. The breakfast is authentically Egyptian. I rated them 4 stars because I ordered Turkish coffee, but he assured me that almost no one asks for ‘light coffee’ بن فاتح since 2011. But I would go back to Hadoota Masreya.

a month agoThank you so much for nice buffet lunch on Saturday. My recommendation to visit this restaurant if you want to try Egyptian cuisine. Not many Egyptian Restaurants offer to such variety of dishes. Plus I want to recognize that Soleiman was very helpful from the start - he saw that I take pictures and suddenly go to buffet and uncover all dishes just for me have nice pictures and explained me and my friend what is each dish. Very attentive to details. Khaled who started to serve our table in the middle. Very nice and I appreciate his attitude to my special requests. I can say that he was very accommodative. Food was tasty and various! Service and atmosphere was pleasant. Good option to spend with friends or family.

2 months agoHad had first gone to Hadoota Masreya almost a year ago with friends and had an amazing experience. The food was tasty, the service quick and atmosphere great. This time my parents were in town and I wanted to treat them to some nice Egyptian food - something they are not familiar with. My experience was far from the initial one I had at the same outlet. The food was decent, but the service team lacked warmth and genuine concern for guests unfamiliar with Egyptian food. We ordered 7 dishes of which 4 had the same filling of rice. They had to be called multiple times. The person of African origin clearing the table looked so unhappy working. The senior staff were clearly distracted by the football match which frankly took away from the ambience of the restaurant. The restaurant manager did stop by for 5 seconds to check for feedback but his interaction was more of a formality than of genuine concern. Probably there has been a change of management- even the restaurant logo's lights were out of order. These things are a sign of all not well in the company. We had a disappointing evening overall. The food definitely needs better brand ambassadors in the restaurant.

3 weeks agoHaving a family reunion comes always with one main challenge, where should we go for dinner? We were lucky that we chose to dine in Hadoota Masreya, who were able on short notice to accommodate our party of 29 hungry people. The place was very easy to find and had ample parking space , the staff were very helpful and very informative and just all together lovely ( big shout to Khaled ) , the food was authentic and delicious Egyptian cuisine , the service was prompt and food on point. Highly recommend visiting this place now and in the future.

2 months agoUnfortunately the idea behind opening a restaurant is food 💫 I tried egyptian restaurants all around dubai and the mixed grills are average here even though it was the most expensive of all the ones I ever tried The meat is not well marinated and tasteless that all the grilled staff tasted the same How come as well green salad is not served together with the grills only tahini , Pickles and French fries Morrocan mint tea was super sour Please read the making instructions written on the morrocan tea box (You add first boiling water, leave it for a minute and then dispose the water to get rid of the tea sourness, then add more boiling water) I guess the management is working on taking it to 5 stars grade but it's not gonna happen if you don't pay attention to details If the whole operation success is running on molokheya's orders it's not gonna work French fries and bread deserves 5 stars The sweet proactive manager as well that we were shy to give him our honest feedback
