Our fourth time staying at this hotel, we always look at alternatives but the service and quality of this hotel always brings us back. We’ve stayed in different room types but this time we booked a city view suite and I would not recommend this, maybe it was just this room but it was very disappointing so we changed to a sea view straight away. After that everything was perfect as always. The staff around the pool are so kind, helpful and friendly Ahmed, Alex and the team are amazing and a credit to the hotel. The pool menu is excellent with nice complimentary treats/snacks throughout the day. We can’t wait to come back again. Mr & Mrs Gibson x

A wonderful modern hotel. Fully 5 stars. Location, food, service - everything is great. The only thing that makes staying at the hotel a little difficult is the offered shaving cream that simply cannot be used. It is not a cream but some kind of parody of a cream. Everything else, as I noted, is simply great. Alexandr

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, which made our stay so comfortable. Customer service was also top-notch, as everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was a standout highlight. Both the beach restaurant and the main restaurant offered delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. I appreciated the variety on the children’s menu, making it easy to find options my kids enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a family-friendly, relaxing, and enjoyable stay!

Not a turkey feast, a turkey fiasco. For the past few years I’ve been ordering my Xmas turkey from the Four Seasons hotel. This year was the worst experience. When I visited the hotel to order the turkey, the staff member had no clue, despite this being a key feature of the festive offering of the hotel. When I asked about the menu for this year, I was told it consisted of starters, turkey, side dishes and dessert. Not very informative. I asked to substitute one of the desserts with extra cookies, the request was kindly accommodated, but on the date of collection it had completely been ignored. The portions have also shrunk dramatically over the years. The soup wasn’t even enough to serve four people. Overall, the quality of the food was very good, I can’t fault the hotel here, but the service was an exceptionally poor experience. Also, the pecan pie dessert was the strangest pecan pie I’ve ever been served. The pastry chef should try to be less fancy and stick to the basics. The simple cookies are great, very yummy. A disappointing experience considering it’s been such a joy in past years.
