I recently had my wedding in Four Seasons, Rania was very helpful with everything and provided me with the most value added things in the menu, with the hotel suite to being very responsive and accommodating a lot of things during the menu tasting they provide quality services. However on the day of the event Mahmoud who was in charge of taking care of everything made the experience even better and helped a lot with every possible situations…., if you are planning to have your wedding in Dubai you should consider four seasons.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai is simply exceptional! From the impeccable service to the unbeatable location, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The staff were always approachable and knowledgeable, making every interaction a pleasure. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the convenient location made exploring the city effortless. Overall, my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I can't wait to return to this luxurious oasis in the heart of Dubai!

We enjoy coming to the Four-Season for breakfast since years. Today though it was quite disappointing. Neither the food nor the restaurant or staff was the issue but rather the nakedness of guests during breakfast. I would highly appreciate if the policy of the hotel would include to be dressed appropriate for a 5* Restaurant. However people dress at the pool or beach is none of my concern but in a restaurant I do expect some decency and etiquette in regards to fellow guests. It saddens me to see values and principles diminishing and hope that such beautiful hotels/restaurants like the Four-Season can still be visited by me and my family in the future.

Staff are friendly and always ready and happy to help Number one issue cleanliness and freshness of pillows curtains and duvet inserts with 3 kids one ashmatic, 2 have chest allergies it was apparent that the rooms had not been properly dusted and deep cleaned for a while! The pillows and the bed duvet inserts also were not fresh and clean. It is apparent that they are due for change otherwise deep cleaning and proper dusting/ cleaning need to be done regularly specially at high seasons with many guests. The curtains also need to be dry cleaned every once in a while as well. Housekeeping did great job cleaning that’s not the issue but need more training for exampme to wipe all counters/ tables inside the room everyday not only bathroom. I recommend that u send an email ahead of your visit to have the rooms deep cleaned and dusted properly before your arrival specially if you have Kids.
