Not a turkey feast, a turkey fiasco. For the past few years I’ve been ordering my Xmas turkey from the Four Seasons hotel. This year was the worst experience. When I visited the hotel to order the turkey, the staff member had no clue, despite this being a key feature of the festive offering of the hotel. When I asked about the menu for this year, I was told it consisted of starters, turkey, side dishes and dessert. Not very informative. I asked to substitute one of the desserts with extra cookies, the request was kindly accommodated, but on the date of collection it had completely been ignored. The portions have also shrunk dramatically over the years. The soup wasn’t even enough to serve four people. Overall, the quality of the food was very good, I can’t fault the hotel here, but the service was an exceptionally poor experience. Also, the pecan pie dessert was the strangest pecan pie I’ve ever been served. The pastry chef should try to be less fancy and stick to the basics. The simple cookies are great, very yummy. A disappointing experience considering it’s been such a joy in past years.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, which made our stay so comfortable. Customer service was also top-notch, as everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was a standout highlight. Both the beach restaurant and the main restaurant offered delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. I appreciated the variety on the children’s menu, making it easy to find options my kids enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a family-friendly, relaxing, and enjoyable stay!

Here everything seems beautiful and organized. Here is another world. Through one of the sites, the creativity caught my attention and I liked the wonderful job. According to my experience in dealing with children in athletics, I hope to obtain it, but I found a problem in submitting the application for the job.

Very disappointment with the breakfast service I experienced this morning. As a guest at the hotel for five days, I had anticipated a breakfast experience commensurate with the Four Seasons' renowned reputation and five-star rating. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. Coming down to breakfast with family at 10:30 am, while service closing at 11:00 am, I was surprised and dismayed by the quality of the food offered. I opted for the a la carte menu, expecting superior quality to the buffet. However, the crepe was inedibly mushy, the pancakes were undercooked, and even the omelette, a basic breakfast staple, was poorly prepared. While the waffles were acceptable, the overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory. It was particularly concerning to encounter such a high proportion of stale food items, especially given that breakfast service was nearing its end. I was forced to sample several dishes simply to find something palatable to satisfy my hunger. I must acknowledge that our waiter was attentive and tried his best to accommodate our needs. He, too, seemed surprised and concerned by the state of the food. This experience has unfortunately left a negative impression, and I am reluctant to pay for such a substandard breakfast service for the remainder of my stay. I trust that you will take my feedback seriously and investigate this matter to ensure that such lapses in quality do not recur.

We really enjoyed our visit to the hotel. Prime location with different facilities. Food was delicious especially breakfast food. Many restaurants within the resort. I recommend reserve a table at Namos during sunset.
