We have dinner buffer, $678 per person with 10% service charge.Since we stay at the hotel, we have 20%discount. The cold seafood station offer tiger shrimp, regular shrimp, French crab, mussels and claim- I don't like them because all the texture are tough since they are frozen before. Japanese sushi station - ok la. Hot food station - the prime rib looks good from the but the meat is so so. I guess is the meat grading. I come from Toronto and I usually buy the AAA Angus grade sirloin. The lamb chop is a little bit fat. I cook the lamb chop from New Zealand which taste much better. The rest of the hot station does not appeal to me. BBQ station- tiger shrimp is better. Desert station - lots of variety

Overall a five-star experience! The breakfast selection is fairly broad - some other competitors may have more food options. However, the QUALITY of everything we tried here was very good! Pot stickers were really amazing and proved to be very popular. Fresh juicing station, egg station, noodle station, and everything else you would expect from a five-star hotel. Five-star service. Many local specialties too: buns, pastries, and DIY HK-style tea and coffee (quite fun and easy to do). When we checked in to the hotel the afternoon tea buffet seemed quite buzzing and popular. May need to come back and check that out!
