Good place to celebrate birthday with your loved ones. The food was really nice, even have to wait for quite a long time for the next dishes being served. But it’s fine as you can have more time to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. Great service, too, as I’ve requested for a table with KLCC view and really able to get one. Also, if you have a bouquet of flower, they could help deliver from the hotel lobby. Wonderful experience.

My husband and I recently enjoyed high tea at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and it was an exceptional experience. The view was breathtaking, with a stunning overlook of the impressive Twin Towers, making it a perfect setting for a leisurely afternoon.The food portions were generous, and the selection was delightful. The dim sum, sweet pastries, and desserts were all incredibly tasty, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and textures.The service was very good, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring that we had a memorable experience. Overall, I highly recommend the high tea at the Grand Hyatt KL for its excellent view, delicious food, and outstanding service.

Everything about my afternoon tea experience here was superb! Unbeatable view of the petronas. Pastries and scones were good. Servers made sure I get enough coffee. I was here solo and the server was kind enough to take a picture me! Thank you very much for making my birthday extra special. I would like to have dinner here in the future!

The conversation flowed smoothly as we placed our pre-order via email. They also provided insightful suggestions on what to include or avoid, ensuring we made informed choices within our budget constraints. You can also request a table with a view of the KLCC Tower, subject to availability. Tapping on the golden dark chocolate shell of their signature Thirty8 cake is a memorable experience. The melt-in-your-mouth raspberry chocolate mousse complements the rich chocolate walnut brownie, accompanied by raspberry coulis and hazelnut milk chocolate crunch.

I've never written reviews before but I absolutely loved my time dining here. They made my birthday and myself feel so special with their great service (from singing me happy birthday, to giving me a rose!) and the good food. The view needs to explanation, you can see the Twin Towers clearly. The ambience is remarkable, the food is worth it and I genuinely cannot wait to come back here. If you are looking for a place to celebrate yourself or a loved one — this is where to go! Also shoutout to Rona hehe.
