a month agoThis place is just wonderful. We had a high tea with a "Malaysian twist," which, for me, is unique than the typical high tea with scones and clotted cream. Every bits of food we had was creatively curated and tasted so good! We were absolutely stuffed with so much food being served + ice cream all inclusive of the high tea price. We're also very pleased that the tea and coffee are bottomless. We spent over 2 hours here - enjoying the view and the delicious food.

4 months agoOverall, it was a good experience. Great view, service was fantastic. The food were great mostly. My only complain will be with pasta, it tasted very plain. Fine dining with a great view overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers. You can’t beat this view in Malaysia. Price was quite reasonable I believe for a fine-dining experience. Recommended! Great place for a date or proposal.

9 months agoThe restaurant starts at 12pm, so though we are a little early, we were asked to sit at one corner of the lounge with no options for ordering refreshment. The initial usher to the table was a little bumpy, however, they did give us a very nice table overlooking the tower, and we are very grateful for that. We ordered lunch, followed by high tea. The services a little slow and could see the staff are not too well trained. 1. The bread with olive oil was served before lunch. This gives a weird combination as we ordered Chinese food. 2. We were rushed through our lunch, so that they can bring us the high tea. It was quite annoying. Was asked if they could clear the plates when it was obvious that there were still food on it. 3. Lunch was actually surprisingly good, compared to the high tea. 4. Items on the high tea set was a bit of a hit and miss. Cappuccino was just hot milk with a dash of coffee taste. But I guess you come here for the company and view, and not so much to sample the best high tea in town. The lava chocolate cake in the set however was very good. Overall the portion is big and the price is reasonable given that it is strategically located. Come here if you want to enjoy the view for a decently priced high tea (compared to others with the same view). If you are not picky with what you eat, the high tea set can be a decent choice.

a month agoThe restaurant boasted a warm ambience and we were welcomed by friendly staff who spoke fluent English. You can definitely enjoy an amazing high tea experience here despite the moderate-sized crowd. Also, this is one of the most popular places in the city to have such an experience with a reasonable price. Their food and portion size were very satisfactory and the fact the drinks were bottomless made the entire experience even more wonderful. Whenever we needed to ask for assistance, the staff was quick to respond and made sure that every aspect of our dining experience went swimmingly. Because the restaurant is located high up in the sky, it boasts great views of the city in a very well-lit beautiful, glass enclosed space. We could see the Petronas Twin Towers clearly through the windows. Awesome experience and I will definitely come back here again when the next opportunity comes up.

4 months agoOverall, the ambience and service wasn’t too bad but there were times when we had to remind the staff about our orders. But, the view was nice enough to ease any form of impatience. I got the voucher from their website. RM 188 for their afternoon tea was pretty worth it I must say! But, it’s more on the sweet side. Great presentation, but just too sweet for my liking. The food and desserts just kept coming! It’s a good place for champagne brunch and for intimate dining for dinner with your partner. The only thing that loses points is they aren’t really that attentive with the voucher system and only contacted me after I got home to ask me to email them my voucher cuz they forgot to check. First of, thank god I’m not sensitive and complied with the girl. Secondly, I’m a paying customer and they made it seem like it was my fault for not presenting the voucher. No apologies from their end. And you’re in the hospitality line for one of the top names in the industry? Better level up guys!
