Well, well, well, folks, let me tell you about my culinary escapade at Makan Kitchen DoubleTree Hotel KL. The food? Very good. The drink? Good. The atmosphere? Oh-so-very good. And let me tell you about the deal - a great value price with 25% more discount using an Infinite Visa credit card. Now that's a deal even I can't resist. The buffet spread was decently divided into three categories: Malay, Chinese, and Indian, but the dessert selection? Well, let's just say it was more limited than my self-control at a dessert table. The atmosphere was just as inviting as an old friend's embrace, and the service staff? Friendlier than your neighbor's overenthusiastic puppy. It was a good experience overall—just remember to go easy on the dessert expectations.

Amazing restaurant with plenty of typical food. The variety of the meals provided each morning added with the quality was exceptional . Together, Salmiah and Rino made my stay memorable and enjoyable. Their dedication to excellent service is truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel and am grateful for the wonderful experience provided by these two outstanding supervisors. Thanks to them and the team! Superb hotel

We loved everything about their lunch buffet but my personal favourite were mostly from the Indian kitchen such as chicken tandoori, lamb vindaloo and gobi manchurian. Kudos chefs!

They have Malay, Indian and Chinese cuisines here. Must try: Satay (Both chicken and beef - hands down!!! I must say that theirs is one of the best well-flavored and juicy satay I've ever had. Please maintain how it doesn't dry up. It's just soooo good.) Spicy Lamb in the Indian cuisine section Kombucha Masala Tea Clams cooked in spicy sauce in the Malay cuisine station Smoked fish slices (I forgot what fish that was but it's beside the beef cold cuts) All of the desserts!!!! (I loved that they weren't overly sweetened) The price is reasonable given the quality of food. The only thing they might want to improve on is the air conditioning. It was a bit hot inside. Staff are very polite and courteous which is an absolute plus! ☺️

Seriously 5 ⭐ & the best restaurants @ KL with reasonable price, strategically locates with many parking lots. + This is my very 1st time went to restaurant in the world with 3 FREE available consoles = switch nintendo, PS4 & 3D Racing Simulator along with Racing Cockpit( very2 thoughful idea & creative way for kids & daddy mommy too☺️ here) It was unplanned & impluse for kami anak beranak. Went to nearby masjid to solat sunat aidil adha.since kami tak balik kampung, looking for breakfast, hhhmmm.🤔 Not many opened kan..just google , yours is the nearest. Parked , ( with hotel staff politely showed us the way & press lift top floor.out from lift, very long Q .. give up, went down.hotel staff @ lobby did mention it's for 600 seatings & we are suprised so thought of giving the 2nd try & wait. Sofas are available for families to wait while i was @ Q. Despite crowded, staffs @ main counter greeted us politely, with smile & professionalism.. then our turn , staff lead us to our table to be seated...lost for words.. indeed sedap & terbaaaik 👍. Siap tebar roti canai live..i amzed how arrangement was done smartly so it's not like typical a single straight LONG Q for food. Keep up the good works to all staffs ..you made our hari raya haji morning.. i will never ever forget so Makan Kitchen js out top choice now & onwards.
