In Soho’s Kingly Court (just off Carnaby Street), The Good Egg is an independent all-day restaurant serving up dishes inspired by the flavours of the Middle East, with nods to the cuisine of Tel Aviv’s street food stalls + the fare sold in the classic Jewish delis, grand old cafés, appetizing stores + bagel bakeries of New York + Montreal.

Think sabihs, shakshukas, za’atar fried chicken, babka french toast + more.

2 months agoManaged to stumble across this place and what a great place it is to grab food! Such a lot of restaurants to pick from and it’s refreshing to not be surrounded by a load of chain restaurants too. I’d definitely recommend this if you’re looking for food in a rather trendy London setting.

9 months agoAmazing hidden location with so many choices, be sure to go early to find seats. From Burgers to Sushi to Pizzas. There is something for everyone at Kingly Court. My favorite from the bunch is Stax burgers but take your pick, you honestly can't go wrong.

a year agoReally cool food court with several options for eating or having drinks - normally busy so better to book in advance — next to carnaby street which is also really cool pedestrian street! It also has a yoga place on the top floor -
