a month agoThe hotel is very nice, the rooms and room service are very good. Being in a premium member section, had lots of benefits in their dining area. The food though isn’t compatible with the latest western food trends. All food is fried or steamed, no decent fresh veggies options. I have been there for a week and was conscious of the fact i probably poison myself. Chicken breast? Forget it, they only serve chicken parts full of bones and skin. I don’t get it. Tap water is horrible, couldn’t even brush my teeth with it. Foul taste! I think it’s not the fault of this particular hotel, it’s just the water in the area. But a 5 star hotel could install decent filters or do something about this. At least i had no problem with bottled supplies of water in the room.

3 weeks agoCompared to the Venetian and Parisian, I liked this one the least because the designs were minimal and also more advertisement based. There was the luxurious carriage in the middle of the mall along with typical decorations you would expect to see in UK’s national celebrations. There were also statues of notable British people and their plaques with writings of their accomplishments and such.

5 months agoThis was the worst check in experience in my life. We arrived at 3.15 pm and a lot of guests was waiting for check in. We had waited in the queue until 5.30 pm but still a long way to go. We decided to attend our dinner appointment at 6 pm and came be later. Hopefully it would be less people in the queue. We came back at 8.15 pm after our dinner and still same or more guests waiting for check in. I had my mum at age 88 who needed a break and she had not had a break for the whole day. I asked the guy who controlled the queue and explained to him that my mum needed to go to our room and we had waited for a long time and it most likely would take another 3 hours before we could go to our room. The guy said it was no way to get my mum in priority although I had beg him for awhile. I had tried to get my mum to sit down somewhere in the hotel lobby and could not find a chair anywhere. I had no choice but put her in the casino area which we were not the only one there for same reason. I went back at the end of the queue and took me until 11 pm for my room keys (one worked and another key didn't). I told the check in staff that his manager should be here to see how bad was the situation and did you expect your guests to wait for more than 5 hours on check in our room. The hotel suppose to be for people to release and rest and it made us feel very tired. Can you imagine that my mum at her age needed to wait for 5 hours before heading to her room. We were so disappointed that the staff didn't offer any help for elderly and small kids family and there were very tired and could not go to the bed. The hotel offered us late check out but it didn't benefit us at all because we had another appointment to 10.30 am in Macau which we had to checked out anyway. I went back to the lobby about midnight and tried to get my other room key fix, found there were at least 75 to 100 guested still waiting to check in. I won't stay in this hotel any more no matter how much it will be. You won't get any service and waste your time. I was supposed to take my mum for a short relax trip and ended up with a terrible experience. I will officially send a complaint letter to Sheraton Hotel Group and get them to view at the issue we had encountered. Most important, no staff was offering any assistance to elderly and small kids family at all.

3 months agoA very fancy place with a casino and hotel. There are many clothing stalls, food options to choose from. I would highly recommend going to The Cheesecake Factory. Overall, a great place to go if you’re too poor to go to London lol👌
