Made a reservation for brunch on a Saturday and it was packed when we got here! The decor was charming, food was great and service was wonderful. I had the Chunky Monkey smoothie and eggs Benedict with ham. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Everything was enjoyable and hope I can eat here again in the future!
ATMOSPHERE:
This place is aesthetically pleasing! Cute cafe, and not too big so it’s a nice personal spot that you can come to by yourself, with a date, or with a group of friends/family.
My waitress Krups (Pronounced Cruz) was the best! Attentive, personable, funny personality, and very kind! Ask for her to be your waitress—you will not regret it. 10/10
FOOD/DRINKS:
Not the biggest drink menu if we’re speaking 21+, BUT they did have a variety of smoothies, juices, and coffee options. I had the mimosa.
I came here because I was craving a chicken salad sandwich, and I was not disappointed. It was a good take on the original— with cranberries and walnuts to give the texture a bit of pizazz and oomph! The only thing I would preferred is that good stuff on a croissant!
On top of that, I had those fries—and I alone come can back for those fries! 8.5/10.
Dont let the long line fool you, they seat quickly. Our service and food were amazing the atmosphere was very laid back and fun. Lots of different groups, from friends to families with kids great place. Only con would be 1 bathroom for men and 1 for women.
Enjoy coming here for breakfast, especially on weekdays when it’s not too crowded. The wait can get long on weekends. Just about everything on the menu is good. Chicken & waffle sandwich is one of my favorites.
Another amazing Miami restaurant just slightly off the beaten path! Apparently known for its brunches, we stopped by for dinner to take advantage of their 2 for 1 drink specials. Mario, our charismatic and informative waiter, helped us decide what to drink and order and we were not disappointed! The calamari appetizer was huge, came with three different sauces and half a lemon and was possibly the best I’ve ever had. We both decided to get their made-from-scratch chicken pot pie and it was amazing. Imagine a creamy, savory chicken stew with a huge biscuit chunk floating on top and you’re pretty much on track. Did our best to finish the portions we were served but failed due to being completely stuffed. Plan to come back soon for brunch and I will add a new review for that. Absolutely recommend!
