La Bossue

My boyfriend and I were so happy we decided to stop at this little brunch spot in Montmartre. When you walk in, the space has immediate eclectic charm. Though the food speaks for itself! Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to try the recommended brunch, but we did do the bossue breakfast which was a great value. For only 12 euros we got fresh squeezed orange juice, a madeleine, scone with fresh jam, pain au chocolat, and a coffee. These were my favorite pastries I had in Paris! On top of that, the service was fast and polite. It was the perfect way to start our day, and would recommend anyone in the area come here for breakfast or brunch if they have the chance!

This place is wonderful! It was so good we went back several times on our trip. It has a nice atmosphere and we loved sitting outside and people watching. The cafe au lait, pain au chocolat, and raspberry tarts were all so delicious! Some of the best we've had in Paris and the prices are reasonable. The people are very nice as well and were kind and patient as I attempted to order in French.

Had a delicious pastry with raspberry and kombucha. Very tasty and cosy place.

If you are searching for a calm, local, peaceful but cute bakery, this is perfect. I don’t speak French but the hostess is so welcoming and patient with me.

We are so glad that we stumbled upon La Bossue, a truly wonderful vegetarian lunch. I had soupe made with panais, topinambour, carotte, and oignons and Gratin de patate douce . Flavorful, unique, and quite delicious! I will recommend this to anyone and everyone!
