Bar La Licata

Seriously the best place in town for breakfast. Food, service and atmosphere are on point. This was the only place I could find that actually serves real food for breakfast. Came here everyday for breakfast during my stay in Rome.

La Licata, conveniently located near the Colosseum, is a delightful spot for breakfast, especially for vegans. The café offers several vegan pastries, and they can make their avocado toast vegan upon request. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to start your day in Rome. The vegan pastries are delicious, and the avocado toast is a standout, perfectly seasoned and satisfying. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. It's a fantastic place to enjoy a tasty, plant-based breakfast before exploring the historic sights nearby.

This was one of my favorite breakfast spots. Seating is tight and its crowded, but for a good reason. All the food we ordered was excellent -- fresh squeezed juice, all items from the Cafe were made well. Eggs, bacon, avacado, etc all fresh and delicious. Would recommend!

The avocado toast breakfast was decent. Nothing special but quite decent . Really nice croissants. The atmosphere and service was the highlight. Very busy, felt like I was in a local Italian cafe. I really enjoyed eating here.

We loved this bar so much!! We went 2 mornings in a row! I attached photos of both mornings. The staff was super sweet and accommodating with my wheat intolerance. They also had many option of vegano cornetto's, and everything was delicious.
