in the last weekThis was one of my favorite breakfast spots. Seating is tight and its crowded, but for a good reason. All the food we ordered was excellent -- fresh squeezed juice, all items from the Cafe were made well. Eggs, bacon, avacado, etc all fresh and delicious. Would recommend!

in the last weekWe came back here after our visit in 2022. This time we tried the Americana breakfast, which consists of 2 pieces of toasted bread, 3 slices of tomatoes, scrambled eggs, salad, and 2 pieces of very thick and delicious bacon on your plate. The same breakfast comes with cappuccino, orange juice and various chocolate and jam spreads. Our total came as 28€. The service is amazing and the location is great, despite it being very close to important landmarks. I recommend.

2 weeks agoVery nice cafe but make sure you leave plenty of time to queue if you're planning to get a table! Nice espresso good croissants and excellent value for money (3 coffees & 2 croissants for under €9!) We just stood at the bar / did takeaway to skip the queue... Recommend doing this if you're going to the Colosseum and don't have a lot of time to spare

a month agoA stone’s throw away from the Colosseum, we found this place that had high reviews on Google maps. Expect to wait about 5-10min depending on time of day but it’s well worth it. We were sat outside and had 3 breakfast menus, 2 with croissants, cappuccino and juice, and mine with pancakes with fresh fruit and an extra juice. All in all came to €26 which is incredibly reasonable considering the proximity to such a landmark. Highly recommended.

2 weeks agoCharming little cafe tucked away in the heart of Monti. Perfect breakfast location, they offer set menus (I loved the "Energy" breakfast with scrambled egg, salad, fruit & bread) or a choice of everything on offer (croissants, pastries, sandwiches etc). VERY popular so you may have a short queue and service may seem chaotic at the times but the staff are super friendly and food super good! Tip: grab your food to go if the weather allows it, there is a fountain around the corner perfect for sitting at and eating.
