2 months agoOne of my favorite spots to go after training. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service and delicious food, vegan options available too. Today we had the Vegan scramble and the Healthy scramble, both are good!!

a year agoI was welcomed very warmly when I entered this establishment and the staff was very polite and attentive. I ordered a latte with almond milk and it was pretty good. The farmers omelet I ordered was amazing, but the hash browns were kind of dry and really bland. I would give a five star but everything was only okay and the cleanliness wasn't what I expect when eating out. If I'm in the area there is a good chance I would try this place again.

a year agoIt was our first time at this cafe. The cafe was under staffed today and full of people. But we decided to wait anyway. Understandably we knew that it was a going to be a while. We waited about 40min until we got a table for 2. We were of course greeted and right away ordered our drinks. We patiently waited and eventually had our food ordered and just took in the ambience and vibe. I could see the servers were very attentive to other costumers and the hostess was pitching in cleaning and setting tables. I could see the team effort. Our table had a little basket with creamers and sugars and Crayons! The "table cloth" was actually a large white piece of paper, so I took the opportunity to doodle while we waited for our food. Eventually we got our food, and it looked great. The portions were large and perfect, and the taste was even better. It made the waiting worth it. I'll definitely come back.

10 months agoDon't discount this little gem in Long Beach. Belmont Shore has a variety of eateries to choose from. This unassuming cafe is indeed small but not without merit. They put out a super tasty corned beef hash. I wouldn't really describe it as a hash though. It's just pure corned beef, forget the bell peppers and onions that sometimes obscure the flavor, over a bed of perfectly done hash browns. Coffee is good. Service can sometimes be spotty due how busy it is. The spaces are tight both inside and for parking. Expect to wait for seating during peak hours, but still worth a visit.

3 months agoGreat service! Very friendly and the food came out quickly. Easy to find a spot to sit and the tables were cleaned down right away. The tables have paper and crayons so little ones can draw while they wait :)
