Renowned for its simple and fresh comfort food, Bubby’s is dedicated to defending the American table and its traditions with thoughtful ingredient sourcing and an “off the commercial food grid” philosophy. The mission has remained the same from that first day– to welcome each and every person as though they are guests in our home, to raise the awareness of the beauty of American food – its ethnic contributions and regional and geographic abundance, and to celebrate the patchwork of American culture.

Bubby’s wants people to know where their food came from, who grew it and what is good about it. American cuisine is much more than burgers and pie; it’s Chinese, Mexican, Southern, an elaborate and flavorful food scape created by the generations of people who built America.

I enjoyed a great brunch here. I came on a Sunday in spring on a fairly warm day. Outside seating and indoor seating is plentiful but there was a very long line for both. Even though it started raining we stayed on the line for outdoor seating due to the line being 1/3 of the length compared to indoor seating. We waited around 45 minutes. It’s nice that they let you use the bathroom if you need to during your wait in the line. I ordered the chicken and pancakes (I substituted the fluffy pancakes for the thin). The chicken was extremely juicy and well-cooked, a bit mild in flavor (I preferred more seasoned meats). Pancakes were well made and tasty, since it was drowned in syrup I didn’t actually get much of the flavor from the pancake itself. The syrup was tasty and not too sweet which I like. I ordered the house old fashioned which I enjoyed. My friends enjoyed the nonalcoholic beverages that they ordered- I believe an array of lemonades. My friend enjoyed the biscuits and was unwilling to share. My other friend ordered the crab eggs Benedict- she mentioned the muffin was soggy but overall she enjoyed it. I’d probably return- overall it was with the wait. I want to try the dessert.

Solid spot for brunch. The menu's got a lot of options, I tried the Pancake Flight ($26). Portions are very generous, so you won't leave hungry. Plus, they've got some drinks to go with your meal, like mimosas and Bloody Marys. The staff are helpful. Prices are fair for the quality and quantity you get. For brunch on weekend, it gets very crowded, expect a 30 minutes waiting line. Atmosphere is a little bit chaotic when is crowded. They accept credit cards.

This was a positive surprise! We were looking for a typical American food brunch and to our delight we came acroos this place. Staff was welcoming, the place was not crowded on Monday lunch time. The grain bowl is an excellent vegan option if you order without cheese. I loved it. My husband is still talking about the fried chicken with the fluffy pancakes.

Favorite place to have Brunch even during the week. The staff is very accommodating even when it is crowded which happens all the time. There's a line during the weekend and I believe you can't reserve a table ahead. Reservation is only accepted during weekdays. The dishes are simply delicious and in good quantity. The Bubby's 2.0 burger 🍔 is delicious with homemade fries 🍟 and their pancakes 🥞 are to die for! Finally their lemonades 🍋 are good either the pink or passion fruit one (just too sweet to my taste). There's a trendy crowd and families or couples which gives it a lively atmosphere and there can be a bit too much noise when dining inside.

Everything is really great in this fun restaurant. From it's rustic decor, absolutely delicious menu and beyond friendly service we enjoyed every hit of it. Where it failed was in what you would never expect. The bathroom had a long hinge on top of the door which, because the ceiling is so low, makes the sharp edge virtually eye kevel. There are no warning signs. I nearly walked right into it full speed. By the grace of God I missed it by an inch. To say I was upset would be an understatement. It ruined the whole experience. Still, barring that issue, it's a place worth visiting.
