a month agoPrior to the pandemic, I was a regular patron of the daybreak. However, I had not been back in quite a while so I decided to try it again last weekend. The service has always been good and friendly there and that does not appear to have changed. The food quality and value for prices charged have, apparently and unfortunately, declined quite a bit. Perhaps it was just an "off" day for the kitchen but when I am charged $14 for 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage patties, a small helping of hash browns and 2 pieces of toast, I would expect a little more than what was served in the attached pic. ( I was surprised that, at least, one complimentary cup of coffee was not included at these prices... ) Again, hoping this was just a one-time fluke.

4 months agoFood was OK, willing to give them another try. Biggest complaint was no offer of more coffee. Honestly the 1st time in my life that I wasn’t asked.

2 weeks agoUsually, small business diners are going to be good. Daybreak is next level exceptional. From the service, to pricing, quality of food and proportion. They even had BOGO Mimosas?! I have no complaints. Highly recommend and will be returning

5 months agoOne of the best charming diner experiences in Orlando! Grab a coffee a stack and one of those homemade daaalicious deserts. While you're there enjoy the old pics of patrons of the past. It's awesome!

3 months agoOmelette, potatoes and bacon were pretty good. Service was good. Coffee was good. If it weren't for the biscuit...rubbery & microwaved to death. When I asked, they said they were made fresh in the morning and then microwaved. Maybe a toaster oven or grill them to heat up? Place is run down and not very clean, stained paper menus and just could use some sprucing up.
