Deer Restaurant

We had really nice and heartwarming experience in the restaurant. I took the main course and my daughter only wanted a dessert. Both dishes were amazing. It is not the cheapest restaurant in Prague, and if you order a complex meal with drinks and desserts it may be quite expensive. But it is really nice place at a very busy popular touristic corner, and the atmosphere is very nice. The restaurant staff is friendly and attentive, we’ve got even a compliment in a form of homemade sweets. Thank you Zdenek and David, and we wish you all the best!

One word to describe the Deer restaurant is MAGNIFICENT. Everything was spectacular. The cocktails, the soups and the main courses and not to mention the dessert . The taste of everything was on point. The attention, kindness in all its splendor in the person of Z Denek. We took with us a pleasant memory of Prague having chosen Deer Restaurant for dinner. And to make it more memorable they have a pianist playing the most beautiful melodies while you dine. Thanks for everything.

This was my second time dining at this restaurant while visiting Prague, and it was an absolute must for me to return and enjoy their delicious food—especially my favorite soup! The wait staff has always been wonderful, and I was thrilled to see that one of the waiters from my visit two years ago was still there. He even remembered my favorite soup because I enjoyed it every day during my last stay at the Iron Gate Hotel. This time, my stay in Prague was much shorter, so I had to make the most of it. I ended up ordering the soup back-to-back to satisfy my cravings, much to the amusement of the staff. But when you love a dish that much, there’s no shame in indulging. Compliments to the chef for creating something so unforgettable. The restaurant itself has a fantastic atmosphere, with live music and beautiful Christmas decorations that added to the charm. I would highly recommend this lovely place—it’s a true gem in Prague!

Absolutely excellent service and food. Perfect breakfast spot, we'll be back. We had the English breakfast and the Deer breakfast (venison sausage, omelette and mushroom) and both were lovely. Zdenek was attentive and friendly, he even offered to take pictures of us and we felt really well taken care of. Beautiful restaurant with a lovely courtyard

Our dinner at Deer was beyond delicious . The presentation and flavors were exceptional. Will definitely come here again. It’s a very beautiful place with an atmosphere. Perfect for a date night. Our servers David and Zdenek were so attentive. They both provided exceptional service. Highly recommend this place!
